Our very popular fully lined, sequins and tulle flower girl dresses are the perfect option for any style wedding, but also for: girls birthday dresses, especially 1st birthday photos or and family photo shoots. The sequin bodice is is a sweet heart neckline and has a slight stretch. There are several option up for selection on the dropdown, that can be seen in photos. The The satin and sequins bows, are fixed to a clasp pin and is detachable and can be placed anywhere on the dress. We also offer a plain sash, that simply ties around the waist. All satin colors are pictured on the chart and we can also match any color not listed. Dresses come in sizes 12/18m-7/8 only.

There are estimated arrival dates noted, they are estimates only, packages are not guaranteed to ship or arrive by that date. Purchasing Priority shipping, does not speed up my processing time. This is the responsibility of USPS and is out of our control. Orders will not be refunded or re-shipped by The Little Kitten Boutique as a result of a lost or stolen package. Yes, we ship internationally:) All items will be shipped via USPS, but I CAN NOT guarantee or even estimate when you will receive the item once it is processed through USPS. Because of customs and tracking that is not always available once your package leaves the United States. Customer is responsible for Customs fees.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
-Special Occasion Dresses are exchangeable for size only. I do not accept returns or issue refunds.
*If you need to exchange for size, please contact me first and I will forward exchange instruction and address. I must be contacted within 3 days of delivery and exchanges must be post marked within 7 days of delivery.
**Once your exchange is received, you will be notified and provided a re-ship link, to purchase shipping for your exchange. Exchanges will then be shipped within 3-5 days of purchased re-ship.
*** Dresses must be received in the manner they arrived to you, in protective packaging, without any damage or signs of wear. Please do not roll dresses in a ball and shove them in a bag. Please be mindful, that these dresses will have to be resold. All garments, which are shipped to you, are thoroughly inspected and will not arrive with any damage, rips or tears. I will not accept any garments back, that are received in this manner and the buyer will need to purchase re-shipping in order to receive that dress back.
*** I do not offer refunds, all sales are final. I have had customers contact me a couple days before an order was to be shipped, with events being cancelled or that they did not read the processing timeframe, refunds will not be offered as the dresses start processing within the first 3-4 days. The cancellation period is within 2 days of purchase and a refund, will only be given for that cancellation.
** Alterations: Any custom alterations or additions( such as cups to the bodice) must be made by your local seamstress. Dresses are sold as to the specifications listed within the description and any alterations for a custom fit, should be done with the child physically present. Please do not leave custom alteration requests at checkout, as the dresses are sold as described only.
CUSTOM ORDERS: I do not accept custom measurement orders. Please do not leave spec. measurements in the personalization section for dresses to be made. You will be shipped the dress size and color selected only. And refunds will not be given, if those measurements do not meet your child's. There is a measurement chart located within each description with measuring instruction. Please refer to that chart, prior to ordering.
I recommend dry cleaning, gently hand washing or spot cleaning special occasion dresses. Lay garments flat to dry. A steamers works great on getting wrinkles out. Satin Sash can be pressed with iron on low heat.

I receive a large amount of questions about shipping and ship dates, so the following should be helpful:
* Processing is 2-3 weeks plus shipping. That means that your order can ship anywhere within 2-3 weeks. There are "estimated" ship and delivery dates located on your invoice and the listing, they are estimates only and are not guaranteed to ship or arrive on those dates, they serve only as an around about time frame you can expect them.
**For International Orders, I absolutely CAN NOT guarantee delivery dates, as custom's in each country are different,
All measurements for all sizes are listed within each description of every listing in the photo section. Please refer to the chart when ordering. I know some of you are buying as gifts, please do not purchase according to a child's age, unless you know for sure they wear that size. Please order according to their size:) Not all 3 year olds wear a size 3 and I do not except returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of each item.
Please convo me prior to purchase, if you need something for a specific date, to see if this is a possibility. If I can ship your item sooner than the processing timeframe stated, you must purchase Priority Shipping. If approved, I will ship your order to arrive by the projected delivery date given by USPS at the time your item ships, but am not responsible for any delays in the part of USPS.
