Our enchanting butterfly sleeve long length flower girl dress, is made with a delicate "soft white" lace bodice and choice of (5) fully lined, tulle colors for the skirting. The V shaped back with unfinished eyelash lace adds the perfect amount of boho chic to this amazing dress. You have the option to choose a plain, jeweled applique sash or flower sash, which simply ties around the waist and is not attached, you select the sash color from our color chart. Add on one of our stylish hair accessories to complete the look. These gorgeous dresses can be used for any special occasion but especially for: weddings, flower girl dresses, birthday dresses, photo shoots and more.

***HOW TO MEASURE***

~Chest measurement: To ensure an accurate measurement, please take chest measurement in the highest crease of the armpit, around the body and divide that number by 2. Keep in mind this the the measurement of the dress relaxed, the lace is stretch elastic and will give for comfort.

~Length measurement: top center of shoulder, down to the bottom of the dress ( this is the actual length of the dress and should be compared against your child to see where it will fall)

The free shipping offered, is estimated to take 2-5 business days from the time your order ships. You also have the option to upgrade to regular Priority or Priority Express, which does not expedite the processing, but cuts down on the shipping time frame, once received by USPS.

There have been delays with all carriers, due to COVID, weather and an overwhelming amount of online orders and the holiday season. The shop is not responsible for delivery delays and no refunds will be given as a result of any delay on the end of the carrier.

I have many customers, that contact me, asking tracking whereabouts and while I don't mind looking up your tracking, you can access this information as well. -I offer shipping insurance as an extra protection option for your package. My free standard shipping, does not carry shipping insurance. Priority and Priority Express shipping, come with a maximum value of 100.00 automatically, through the carrier. If you would like to ensure your package for its full value, you can purchase shipping ins. for 2.00. The shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but in the rare occasion that this happens, you can open a claim, with the carrier, with the above information being considered. EXCHANGES:
I happy accept dress exchanges for size or color, but I do not offer returns/refunds. If you need to exchange for size or color,please message me and I will forward exchange instruction. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery date only. I must be contacted within 14 days of delivery and items must be received back to me within those 21 days. They must be free of damage or wear and should be sent back in some kind or shipping bag or box to protect the garment. Please keep in mind, these dresses will be resold. All shipping related costs of an exchange with be the responsibility of the buyer.
Accessories are not exchangeable. ( sashes or hair accessories)

GUEST CHECKOUT:
When you checkout as a guest, you are giving limited information and you are not logging in to your account. Guest checkout is a security feature, to avoid receiving unwanted junk mail or spam mail. The email address you checkout with is hidden to the seller and any messages or order shipping info, will be forwarded, through the system, to the email address you provide. You WILL NOT see this order in your account, because you did not log in. I have had a few customers, reorder, thinking they never submitted an order, because they did not see there order in their account and receive 2 separate orders. Please be aware of how you are checking out, as duplicate orders, are not refundable. I accept order cancellations within 2 days of purchase only. PERSONALIZATION AND SIZING
-Please do not leave custom alteration to the dresses or questions in the notes section at checkout. Notes are only seen at the time your package is getting ready to ship. I no longer take custom measurements and questions need to be directly messaged to me. There is a size chart with the exact measurements of each dress size, located within the description of each listing with instruction on how to measure your child. The chest measurement should be taken in the highest crease of the armpit, around the body and divided by 2. The length of the dress itself was taken from top center shoulder to bottom of dress and should be compared against your child, to see where it will fall.

WASH INSTRUCTIONS:
I recommend dry cleaning, gently hand washing or spot cleaning special occasion dresses. Lay garments flat to dry. A steamers works great on getting wrinkles out. Satin Sash can be pressed with iron on low heat.

I am supplied your order information, address and contact information through Etsy. This information is what is needed to prepare, ship and contact you for any additional information regarding your order only and is not shared in any way. I do not have any direct access to any method you used to pay for this order. Your payment is processed through Etsy only, not by my shop.

When will my item ship?

Processing timeframes, may vary by the season, but are accurately update to the front of each listing. These estimated ship dates can also be located on your invoice, in the top left hand corner. Generally I ship with 7-10 business days, but during the height of wedding season, they may or may not be extended, depending upon volume, but again all listings would be adjusted, should any change.

**For International Orders, I absolutely CAN NOT guarantee delivery dates, as custom's in each country are different,

Sizing details

All measurements for all sizes are listed within each description of every listing in the photo section. Please refer to the chart when ordering. I know some of you are buying as gifts, please do not purchase according to a child's age, unless you know for sure they wear that size. Please order according to their size:) Not all 3 year olds wear a size 3 and I do not except returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of each item.

Can I request a specific date for delivery?

Please convo me prior to purchase, if you need something for a specific date, to see if this is a possibility. If I can ship your item sooner than the processing timeframe stated, you must purchase Priority Shipping. If approved, I will ship your order to arrive by the projected delivery date given by USPS at the time your item ships, but am not responsible for any delays in the part of USPS. Your order will not be refunded if there is a delay on the part of USPS.

International Shipping

I can not give estimated delivery date or guarantee delivery dates for international orders, dues to customs. Your order will be shipped according to the items processing timeframe, plus the shipping method you purchased at checkout.
