    When will my item ship?

    Processing timeframes, may vary by the season, but are accurately updated on the front of each listing and updated regularly. These estimated ship dates can also be located on your invoice, in the top left hand corner. If you need something, by a specific date, you must reach out to me prior to purchase, to see if a this can be arranged.

    **Please give yourself extra time in between ordering and your need date, please do not order short notice with days to spare, as we do not offer returns for packages that arrive after the event date. Please note the carrier gives "estimated" dates of arrival, they are aroundabout timeframes.

    Sizing details

    A size chart located within the description of each listing, w/ instructions on how to measure your child. Please keep in mind, what might be floor length on some, can be ankle or above on others and that really depends on the height of the child. And the same for the shorter lengths. Pictures show how the dress generally fits. We request that you measure your child and compare our measurements to those of your child, to select the most accurate size.

    Because we understand ordering online can be difficult, we offer exchanges for size, color or style . I must be contacted within 7 days of delivery and the exchange must be received back with 14 days of delivery, because dye lots can change. This is firm. We do not offer returns/refunds.

    Can I request a specific date for delivery?

    If you need something by a specific timeframe, please reach out to me vis "message seller", to see if this can be arranged. I prefer not to be emailed, as some emails can go to spam.

    * Please note: I cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, as I am not the carrier. I can only ship by a specific timeframe as per the estimated delivery time frame of Priority Shipping. Due to increased online shopping and most recently weather delays, I do not refund orders that are delayed or lost by the carrier or arrive after your event date.Please order with enough time, as we do not recommend short notice ordering. Priority Mail comes with 100.00 insurance, but standard free shipping does not.

    International Shipping

    I can not give estimated delivery dates or guarantee delivery dates for international orders, due to the customs process that differs per country. Your order will be shipped according to the items processing timeframe, unless there is an issue, plus the shipping method you purchased at checkout. Please select the appropriate shipping method, as I do not offer refunds for delayed, lost or packages that do not arrive by the date of the event.

    When you checkout as a guest, you are giving limited information and you are not logging in to your account. Guest checkout is a security feature, designed avoid receiving unwanted junk mail or spam mail. The email address you checkout with is hidden from the seller and any messages or order shipping info, will be forwarded, through the system, to the email address you provide. You WILL NOT see this order in your account, because you did not log into your account. I have had a few customers, reorder, thinking they never submitted an order, because they did not see there order in their account and receive 2 separate orders. Please be aware of how you are checking out, as duplicate orders, are not refundable/returnable.

    Exchanges and Returns

    We offer exchanges for size, color or style within 14 days of delivery, but we DO NOT accept Returns/Refunds. That means the dress must be received back to us on or before the 14th day of delivery date. This policy is firm, please try on your items right away. Accessories are Not exchangeable, they are final sale.

    Our dresses are sent out unscented, any dresses that have been worn, damaged, washed, smell of smoke, perfume or detergent/softener, will be denied. And you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to you.

    If you have any concerns about your order, they must be brought to our attention within 14 days of delivery. Items that have been in the customers possession after 14 days will not be eligible .

    Delays/Lost or Stolen Packages

    Your tracking number will be forwarded and can also be found attached to your invoice. Delays are very common these days and we understand they are inconvenient. Please understand that we can only ship by a specific date, we cannot foresee delays/lost or stolen packages on the end of the carrier and do not offer returns/refunds should this occur.

    If you are concerned of the whereabouts, if your package states" delivered" and you have not received it, please reach out to the carrier, as we cannot see any further information then you can.

    Shipping Methods

The shipping you select, is the estimated timeframe (estimated by the carrier, because they longer guarantee delivery dates) that the package will take to receive, once your package has shipped.
