Welcome

*Processing time is @2-3 weeks plus shipping, that means your order can ship anywhere within @2-3 weeks. I ship Monday-Friday. Should your order's estimated ship time fall on a Saturday/Sunday or during a holiday weekend, weekday, your order will be shipped after the weekend or holiday. The invoice gives estimated ship/delivery dates, these dates are estimates only and there and you are not guaranteed to receive your order on those dates. These are computer generated dates based on the day you place your order, not dates given by USPS when the order ships.

*I offer free standard shipping ( 2-5 days), should you want to upgrade to Priority, please select that option at checkout.

*I accept exchanges only and buyer will be responsible for shipping costs both ways.

* If you need an order by a specific date, you must convo me prior to purchase, to see if this is an option. I am not aware of your event dates, unless it is brought to my attention. Do not leave questions/dates in the notes section at checkout, as I will not see them until your order is getting ready to ship. I also offer a RUSH MY ORDER option if a short notice date request is OK'd by me.

* I do not take custom orders, please do not leave measurements or alterations to dresses in personalization or notes section, as the order will be shipped, as to the selection made on dropdown or the closest size. Custom Alterations are best made by your local seamstress. Sizes are available from 12 months to 10/12 girls only.

* Personalization section is for noting Sash Colors, Flower Colors, Headband Styles.

* I recommend ordering at a minimum 6-8 weeks prior to event. I do not recommend ordering 4 weeks or less, prior to any event .

* All photographs in my shop belong to me and are photographed by my hired photographer. I only offer the colors listed on the color chart/dropdown and i currently do not take custom orders for colors, just what is available. I would also like to note that Blush is a cross between pink and a peachy color. Blush is not Pink and I have had some customers who are not aware what blush is. It should not be confused with a true Pink.

* I receive some orders of which the buyer does not read the processing time or policy page. I will not refund orders after cancellation timeframe of 2 days, for any reason. I also will not refund orders because the dress is delivered after your event date. If this information is not read or you do not communicate this to me or contact me last minute with your event date to inform me you need this dress within days, I will not cancel or refund the order.

* Because the postal service is not 100% fail proof, I offer the option to purchase shipping insurance. A couple times a year, I have encountered lost packages, which is of no fault of my shop and I do not refund orders for lost or stolen packages. Packages being shipped standard mail, do not include shipping insurance. Priority Mail packages, include insurance up to 100.00. To safeguard your order, you have to the option to purchase shipping insurance, which would insure your order for up to 300.00, in case this unfortunately happens. link to listing below.

Shipping

➾SHIPPING:

-All orders will be shipped by USPS, within 2-3 weeks (Monday-Friday) by the shipping method you purchased at checkout. The shipping method purchased, does not speed up the processing timeframe. The processing timeframe is located within each listing.

I offer FREE standard shipping to customers in the U.S. If you would like to upgrade and purchase Priority shipping, that is an option.

-Please make sure that the shipping name and address are correct, as The Little Kitten Boutique will not be held responsible for lost packages and/or the cost to re-ship the package once it is returned to us.

****"Estimated" Shipment dates will be located on your invoice in the purchase section of your account. Please Note that the processing timeframe is as follows plus the shipping method you purchased at checkout, please do not confuse processing and shipping, they are not the same and by purchasing Priority or Express shipping this does not expedite processing)

The Little Kitten Boutique is responsible for your item, until your item is scanned in at the Post Office. We are not responsible for delays, lost or stolen packages. This is the responsibility of USPS and is out of our control.

****INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Yes, we ship internationally:) All items will be shipped via USPS, but I CAN NOT guarantee or even estimate when you will receive the item once it is processed through USPS. Because of customs and tracking that is not always available once your package leaves the United States. Customer is responsible for Customs fees.

Returns & Exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

-Special Occasion Dresses/Flower Girl Dresses are exchangeable for size ONLY, I do not accept returns or issue refunds. For an exchange: Dresses must be shipped back and postmarked within 7 days of delivery, with no damage or signs of wear. You will be responsible for all related shipping charges. Please match the child's size up to the size that correlates on the size chart, instruction is given on how to measure.

**I do not refund orders, if they do not meet event dates,event cancellations, change of heart, etc. If there is a specific date you need an item for, this must be communicated directly to me via convo. These are made to order items and it is imperative that you give yourself enough time prior to you event, in case there is a delay on the part of USPS, holiday in which the post office is closed or if you need to exchange. There are no exceptions.***

When your original item is received and re-ship is purchased, I will resend the size you are exchanging for.

** Alterations: Any custom alterations or additions( such as cups to the bodice) must be made by your local seamstress. Dresses are sold as to the specifications listed within the description and any alterations for a custom fit, should be done with the child physically present. Please do not leave custom alteration requests at checkout, as the dresses are sold as described only.

Additional

WASH INSTRUCTIONS:

Please wash your garments with like colors, inside out, cold water and dry on low or hang dry. All garments are pre-shrunk, but good old hand washing these delicate items is most preferred.

For wrinkles on special occasion dresses, use a steamer.

Privacy

I am supplied your order information, address and contact information through Etsy. This information is what is needed to prepare, ship and contact you for any additional information regarding your order only and is not shared in any way. I do not have any direct access to any method you used to pay for this order. Your payment is processed through Etsy only, not by my shop.

When will my item ship?

I receive a large amount of questions about shipping and ship dates, so the following should be helpful:

* Processing is 2-3 weeks plus shipping. That means that your order can ship anywhere within 2-3 weeks. There are "estimated" ship and delivery dates located on your invoice and the listing, they are estimates only and are not guaranteed to ship or arrive on those dates, they serve only as an around about time frame you can expect them.

**For International Orders, I absolutely CAN NOT guarantee delivery dates, as custom's in each country are different,

Sizing details

All measurements for all sizes are listed within each description of every listing in the photo section. Please refer to the chart when ordering. I know some of you are buying as gifts, please do not purchase according to a child's age, unless you know for sure they wear that size. Please order according to their size:) Not all 3 year olds wear a size 3 and I do not except returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of each item.

Can I request a specific date for delivery?

Please convo me prior to purchase, if you need something for a specific date, to see if this is a possibility. If I can ship your item sooner than the processing timeframe stated, you must purchase Priority Shipping. If approved, I will ship your order to arrive by the projected delivery date given by USPS at the time your item ships, but am not responsible for any delays in the part of USPS. Your order will not be refunded if there is a delay on the part of USPS.

International Shipping

I can not give estimated delivery date or guarantee delivery dates for international orders, dues to customs. Your order will be shipped according to the items processing timeframe, plus the shipping method you purchased at checkout.

Legal imprint
