Our Velvet Hair Bows are soft and gorgeous handmade bows. They look so sweet babies, and are also a fun accessory on toddlers and older children. They are available in 10 colors and can be attached to your choice of an alligator clip or a soft nylon nude headband. They are approximately 4 inches by 2 inches.

ESTIMATED SHIP /DELIVERY DATES:
-Estimated ship dates can be located on the top left hand corner of your invoice and serve as an around about timeframe of when you can expect your order to ship and/or be delivered. These are estimated delivery dates only and not guaranteed. All carriers have announced things may take a little longer, due to increased online shipping, so please plan your order with some time, just in case.
-We do not offer returns/refunds for items that have shipped and are delayed on the end of the carrier or for items that arrive after your event. Please take note as to the processing timeframe on the from of each listing. They are updated regularly, to reflect current processing timeframes and it is not recommend to order with little time to spare, as delays are common, nowadays. Free first class shipping, does not carry insurance and is generally 6-10 business days, as estimated by USPS. Priority shipping is always recommended, to insure the package, if in the event its lost or damaged, during shipping and carriers insurance of 100.00 and can be made through the " claim" section on the USPS website, if needed.
-Tracking will also be attached to your invoice, in the purchases section of your account.
-I offer free standard shipping, which is estimated to take 6-10 business days ,area depending, from the time your order ships. You also have the option to upgrade to regular Priority or Priority Express. Upgrading to Priority shipping does not expedite my processing time, but is the time it takes the carrier to deliver your package once shipped. If you need something sooner, please contact me to make a request.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
- If you have any questions about where your package is located, after it has shipped, please check your tracking. I have many customers, that contact me, asking tracking whereabouts and while I don't mind looking up your tracking, you can access this information as well. If you questions regarding delivery or tracking after shipped, you should contact USPS for further information.
-I offer shipping insurance as an extra protection option for your package. My free standard shipping, does not carry shipping insurance. Priority and Priority Express shipping, come with a maximum value of 100.00 automatically, through the carrier. If you would like to ensure your package for its full value, you can purchase shipping ins. for 2.00. The shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but in the rare occasion that this happens, you can open a claim, with the carrier, with the above information being considered. Please message me if you have added this to your order, prior to shipping.
-I cannot give estimated delivery dates or guarantee delivery dates on international orders. Items are shipped within my policy processing time and your order is shipped according to the shipping method you purchase at checkout. Due to the customs process ,possible shipping related delays due , increased online shipping and weather, the shop will not offer refunds for delayed packages. my recommendation for international ordering is 10 to 12 weeks prior to your event. Although delays are inconvenient, the shop will not refund orders for delayed/lost packages and this is something you should be aware of prior to purchasing. Tracking can be found attached to your invoice.

I accept exchanges for dress size or color, but I do not offer returns/refunds. Hair accessories and sashes are not exchangeable or returnable/refundable. If you need to exchange a dress for size or color, please message me and I will forward exchange instruction. I must be contacted within 7 days of delivery and exchange must be received within 14 days and this is firm, dye lots can change and these dresses will need to be resold.
They must be free of damage or wear and should be sent back in some kind or shipping bag or box to protect the garment. Please keep in mind, these dresses will be resold and will not be accepted with any smell of smoke, perfume or soap of any kind. All shipping related costs of an exchange with be the responsibility of the buyer. Available sizing is 12/18 months to 14 girls only. Please measure you’re a child and compare those measurements against the size chart located with in the description as the 14 is the largest available and I do not offer refunds, should a larger size than a size 14 is needed.

The personalization section is for notating your sash or flower colors only and this section does not prompt a message to me, but is seen when your order is getting ready to ship.
PERSONALIZATION AND SIZING
-Please do not leave custom sizes alterations to the style of the dress or questions in the notes section at checkout, message me directly with questions.
-Notes are only seen at the time your package is getting ready to ship and does not prompt a message.
-All items are offered as to the specs on the size chart, located within the listing only, custom sizing is not offered.
-There is a size chart with the exact measurements of each dress size, located within the description of each listing with instruction on how to measure your child.
-The chest measurement should be taken in the highest crease of the armpit, around the body and divided by 2. The length of the dress itself was taken from top center shoulder to bottom of dress and should be compared against your child, to see where it will fall.
Gentle hand washing or spot cleaning special occasion dresses is recommended. Lay garments flat to dry. Steaming works great on getting wrinkles out. The satin Sash can be pressed with iron on low heat.
I am supplied your order information, address and contact information through Etsy. This information is what is needed to prepare, ship and contact you for any additional information regarding your order only and is not shared in any way.
