Our custom handmade sunflower hair combs are stunning and completely customizable, combining any colors you wish. Each piece is custom-made to order and no two pieces are alike. What you see in the photos are examples of pieces previously made. Because greenery and flowers are constantly changing, we will make you some thing similar is pictured, depending again on seasonal foliage and flowers that are available. We have a large variety of flowers, in most colors, to match your special event perfectly. We also have flower hair wreaths and flower hair pins ( see links below).
Flowers include: roses, poppies, peony, apple blossom, sunflowers, gardenias and magnolia to name a few. We also add seasonal greenery to give the hair comb a natural look. The best part is they are reusable, many times over, rather than that of real flowers. The floral part of this comb measures @ 5-6” wide, depending on flowers used.
Your comb will look similar to this comb, depending on the colors you choose. If no colors are left in personalization, your flower hair comb will look like the pictured photo. Our flower hair pieces are perfect for weddings, proms, photo shoots, birthdays and any other special event.
Please leave all flower colors and even age of the child in the personalization section at checkout. If no colors are left, the wreath will be made as pictured

I am supplied your order information, address and contact information through Etsy. This information is what is needed to prepare, ship and contact you for any additional information regarding your order only and is not shared in any way. I do not have any direct access to any method you used to pay for this order. Your payment is processed through Etsy only, not by my shop.
Processing timeframes, may vary by the season, but are accurately updated on the front of each listing and updated regularly. These estimated ship dates can also be located on your invoice, in the top left hand corner. If you need something, by a specific date, you must reach out to me prior to purchase, to see if a this can be arranged.
**Please give yourself extra time in between ordering and your need date, please do not order short notice with days to spare, as we do not offer returns for packages that arrive after the event date. Please note the carrier gives "estimated" dates of arrival, they are aroundabout timeframes.
A size chart located within the description of each listing, w/ instructions on how to measure your child. Please keep in mind, what might be floor length on some, can be ankle or above on others and that really depends on the height of the child. And the same for the shorter lengths. Pictures show how the dress generally fits. We request that you measure your child and compare our measurements to those of your child, to select the most accurate size.
Because we understand ordering online can be difficult, we offer exchanges for size, color or style . I must be contacted within 7 days of delivery and the exchange must be received back with 14 days of delivery, because dye lots can change. This is firm. We do not offer returns/refunds.
If you need something by a specific timeframe, please reach out to me vis "message seller", to see if this can be arrange. I prefer not to be emailed, as some emails can go to spam.

I can not give estimated delivery dates or guarantee delivery dates for international orders, dues to customs and the increase in online shopping, which has caused delays with carriers. Your order will be shipped according to the items processing timeframe, plus the shipping method you purchased at checkout. Please select the appropriate shipping method, as I do not offer refunds for delayed, lost or packages that do not arrive by the date of the event.
When you checkout as a guest, you are giving limited information and you are not logging in to your account. Guest checkout is a security feature, designed avoid receiving unwanted junk mail or spam mail. The email address you checkout with is hidden from the seller and any messages or order shipping info, will be forwarded, through the system, to the email address you provide. You WILL NOT see this order in your account, because you did not log into your account. I have had a few customers, reorder, thinking they never submitted an order, because they did not see there order in their account and receive 2 separate orders. Please be aware of how you are checking out, as duplicate orders, are not refundable/returnable.
We offer exchanges for size, color or style, however, we do not offer returns/refunds. If you need to exchange, you must contact the shop within 7 days of delivery and exchanges must be received within 14 days of delivery, as dye lot colors change. This policy is firm.
Our dresses are sent out unscented, any dresses that have been worn, damaged, washed, smell of smoke, perfume or detergent/softener, will be denied. And you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to you. Keep in mind these dresses will be resold.
If you have any concerns, as to your order, they must be brought to our attention, within 7 days of delivery.
Your tracking number will be forwarded and can also be found attached to your invoice. Delays are very common these days and we understand they are inconvenient. Please understand that we can only ship by a specific date, we cannot foresee delays/lost or stolen packages on the end of the carrier and do not offer returns/refunds should this occur.
If you are concerned of the whereabouts, if your package states" delivered" and you have not received it, please reach out to the carrier, as we cannot see any further information then you can.
